We conduct traditional leveraged buyouts in micro-capitalization companies valued under $50 million. We utilize a platform and add-on acquisition strategy to build value. Although the buyout group is industry agnostic, we target key industries in which we have significant expertise. We are conservative value investors and seek purchase prices that are lower than industry averages. We provide capital that is structured specifically for each investment opportunity. We invest in a wide variety of transaction structures including buyouts, recapitalizations, growth capital, equity-like investments, and spin-offs of private companies. We partner with management teams over a 5 to 7 year horizon for growth, expansion, and exceptional value creation.
